Local Rule 94.05W - Mandatory Parenting Seminar
All agencies follow the Washingtons Superior Court's sliding scale fee chart. Based on your income, your fee will be:

If your custody case is subject to the provisions of Local Court Rule 94.05 W, then you must attend a mandatory parenting seminar. The seminar is a four-hour class designed to inform you about the impact of divorce on your children, what type of reaction you may expect them to have based upon their age, and how you can help your child(ren) through your divorce. The court encourages you to attend a class as soon as possible, to minimize the impact to your children.
Class is now available on-line, at your own pace.
Safe Harbor Support center is approved by the Superior Court to provide mandatory parenting seminars.
Class format
This seminar is now offered online in a self-paced format. Once registered and payment is confirmed, you will receive access to the full course materials and can complete them at your convenience.
REGISTRATION

Pre-registration is required. You may register at any time using our online registration form.

Once registered, our instructor will email you a PayPal invoice to securely pay your class fee by credit/debit card.

Access to the course will be granted within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
ACCESS & COMPLETION

You may begin the course as soon as you receive your login information.

You will have 30 days to complete the course from the date of access.

A Certificate of Completion will be provided once all modules are finished and any required evaluations are submitted.
REFUND & CANCELLATION

You may cancel your registration and request a full refund within 24 hours of payment, provided you have not accessed the course materials.

Once the course has been accessed (even partially), or if more than 24 hours have passed since payment, the class fee is non-refundable.

If you are unable to complete the course within 30 days, please contact the instructor to discuss a one-time extension.
