🎄 Do You Need a Little Help This Holiday Season?

At Safe Harbor Support Center, we’re honored to support families across the Tri-Cities each holiday season.

💛 Thanks to our incredible community, we reached a record milestone last year — helping more than 450 children wake up to gifts on Christmas morning!

This year, we’re once again offering Christmas Assistance, and we expect the need will be just as great — if not greater.

📋 Important Information

  • Due to the high volume of applications, all requests received on or after December 1, 2025 will be placed on our Wishlist Waitlist.

  • Only one submission per household is permitted.

  • The deadline to apply is November 30, 2025, or sooner if available donor spots are filled.

🧾 How to Apply

To apply for the 2025 Christmas Assistance Wishlist Waitlist, please complete the application form below.

📦 We’ll review applications as they come in and connect families with donors as availability allows.

💫 Thank You

Thank you for trusting Safe Harbor Support Center to help make your holiday season a little brighter.
Together, we can bring hope, joy, and holiday magic to families across our community.

🎁 Important Notice Regarding Wishlist Adoption

Thank you for participating in Safe Harbor’s Holiday Wishlist Adoption Program!
We’re so grateful for your kindness and understanding as we work to bring joy to as many families as possible this season.

📢 Please Note

  • ❤️ We currently have a limited number of community donors.
While we do our very best to match each child’s wishlist with a donor, we unfortunately cannot guarantee that every wishlist will be adopted or fulfilled.

  • 🌟 To help increase the chances of adoption, wishlists will be posted anonymously on our website, allowing community members to view and select families to support.

  • 🗓️ Families will be notified by Friday, December 19, 2025, if their child’s wishlist has been adopted.

💛 Thank You

We truly appreciate your patience, compassion, and trust as our small but dedicated team works to make the holidays brighter for local children and families.

Thank you for allowing Safe Harbor Support Center to be part of your holiday season!

Christmas Assistance Application

Before submitting your application, please review the following eligibility criteria and guidelines to ensure a smooth process and fair distribution of resources.

🧒 Eligibility Criteria

✅ This program provides assistance for children under 18 living in your home.
🚫 We are unable to assist adult children due to program limitations.
📄 Applicants must provide proof of guardianship:

  • A birth certificate showing the applicant as the parent, or

  • A court document awarding guardianship.
🪪 A photo ID will be required at gift pick-up.
📎 Birth certificates or guardianship documents must be uploaded for each child listed.

Applications submitted without documentation cannot be processed.

📝 Application Guidelines

🎁 The deadline for our regular Christmas Assistance Program has passed.
However, as a courtesy, we are now offering a Wishlist Waitlist.

  • Applications on the waitlist will be considered based on donor availability.

  • Wishlists may be adopted by community donors, individuals, or businesses.

  • Only one submission per household is permitted.

  • We strive to match every child with a donor, but adoption is not guaranteed.

  • While we do our best to fulfill each child’s wishlist, specific items cannot be guaranteed.

✉️ Confirmation & Notifications

📬 Families whose wishlists are matched with donors will receive a confirmation email by December 19, 2025.
🎄 Gift pick-up will be scheduled for the week of December 15–23, 2025 - we will call you when your gifts are ready.
🚫 Please do not bring children to the pick-up appointment.

⚠️ Double Dipping Policy

To ensure fairness and proper use of community donations:

  • We cross-check registration lists with other local agencies.

  • If a family is found to have received gifts from multiple agencies, the application will be denied, and the household will be ineligible for future assistance.

🎁 Gift Pick-Up Policy

When picking up your gifts, please follow these guidelines:

  • Do not bring children. We want to preserve the holiday surprise and protect everyone’s privacy.

  • No last-minute changes can be made to wishlists.

  • Gift swaps between families are not permitted.

💛 Thank you for your understanding, patience, and cooperation as we work to make this holiday season brighter for as many local children and families as possible.
