Safe Harbor Support Center's Annual Beggars Banquet - where for 24 years, we have brought the Tri-Cities the best soups our local restaurants have to offer – is back and better than ever!  We are thrilled to bring the event back, at the Fairgrounds November 7th 2026.  Our fun-filled night features our famous soup sampling with local restaurants (attendees get to vote for the winner!), live and silent auctions, and more.  But we need your help.
